Simplified Innovation – Metal 3D printed shocks with integrated bypass and cooling fins.

By leveraging metal 3D printing and complex design software we successfully redesigned the offroad shock from the ground up. Our 3.0 and 3.5 shocks result in significant temperature reductions when compared to others that use either a finned reservoir or low flow cooling circuit. Our shocks remove the heat generated across all the oil where the heat is actually generated!

At the same time, this design also incorporates 16-20 bypass circuits which provide an incredibly smooth, position sensitive, dampening curve, unlike anything else, eliminatingthe need for traditional bypass adjustments even when carrying a heavier load.

All of this translates to a simplified, monolithic design that is up to 40% lighter than a traditional bypass shock with a cooling circuit. Less unsprang mass allows the suspension to cycle more efficiently, keeping the vehicle planted and smooth through anything the terrain throws at it.
